API keys and proxy passwords are persisted to the app_config database table and never exposed to the browser. Values are masked after saving — use the reveal toggle to view.

Token-efficient prompts enabled: System prompt is capped at 15 words, user input truncated to 500 chars, and responses limited to 2 sentences. Batching queues multiple signals into a single rate-limited call to stay within the 6,000 token/day ceiling.
